Bianca Wallace shares pregnancy struggles after Ioan Gruffudd ex's reaction

Ioan Gruffudd’s wife, Bianca Wallace, revealed she is going through an extremely difficult pregnancy following his ex-wife’s reaction to the newlyweds’ pregnancy announcement.

Wallace walked her followers through the brutally honest reality of pregnancy in a 13-slide Instagram carousel, documenting her life during the first trimester.

"Life lately… Some real moments, because no one needs to be as shocked as I was to find out how fkd pregnancy actually is [vomiting and sleeping emoji]," she captioned the post, adding the description of each slide as well. "Weeks 6-13 were like some kind of torture I’ll be happy to never experience again."

In the post, Wallace laid bare everything from tearful moments after intense vomiting, to surviving on milk and cornflakes, to receiving comfort from her husband and their dog, Bubba.

Among the series of pictures and videos, one confronting clip shows her lying in bed with a heat pack, visibly in pain, as she describes being bedridden and unable to sleep due to relentless nausea.

The candid update comes just over a week after the couple, who tied the knot in February, announced they were expecting their first child together. 

While the news was met with support by many fans, it also appeared to prompt a scathing response from Ioan's ex-wife, Alice Evans.

Although she didn’t name the couple directly, Evans, 55, shared a cryptic post that read, "Some people like to go low. I can’t. Not because I’m better. But because I have kids. This s**t is some kind of torture."

Gruffudd and Evans, who share two daughters Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11, finalised their divorce in July 2023, but remain embroiled in a contentious legal battle over spousal and child support.
