Chris Pratt showed off his drastic transformation for a new movie, debuting his new scruffy look.
Taking over to his official Instagram account, the Jurassic World star shared a video of himself flaunting his new look for Amazon’s The Terminal List Season 2.
"Isn’t this hair and makeup incredible? My team does such an awesome job," the actor praised his crew and showed off his fake bloody hands.
The Guardians of the Galaxy actor’s new appearance featured long, shabby hair, a scraggly beard, and a mustache.
However, the perfect look for the role came at a pretty gross cost, as the 45-year-old actor revealed in the video.
"The crazy thing about wearing a fake mustache or a fake beard is when you eat, you get hair in your mouth, which is gross because its definitely someone else’s hair," he said while filming himself mid-lunch, digging into a plate packed with protein. "And you don’t know whose, where it came from."
And while some laughed at his humour, some of his followers raved over the transformation.
"The facial hair looks LEGIT,” remarked one fan.
Another chimed in, saying, “That’s not Chris’s Pratt that’s Big Lebowski.”
Meanwhile, a third appreciated the teams' efforts, adding, "With all the flooding of AI… this was nice to see the human aspect and shout out to the team behind it all."
Pratt is no stranger to dramatic transformations. In 2014, he famously underwent a serious physical change for his breakout role in the Marvel universe.
