Prince Harry saying goodbye to America?

Prince Harry, who relocated to the US after stepping down as senior working royal in 2020, was said to be not very much happy with his decision amid security fears and other tensions.

The Duke of Sussex is allegedly fleeing America 'in terror over kids safety,' according to new claims.

King Charles III's youngest son reportedly regrets his shocking decision of leaving the UK, admitting 'I've made a huge mistake with my life.'

He regrets his unwise decision of ditching his family in the United Kingdom and moving to California with his wife Meghan Markle, according to RadarOnline.

"Some say the only way he can see to keep his family safe is to get away from LA," added the outlet.

It emerged after the Duchess of Sussex shared a Father’s Day video to honour Harry. The video - featuring the Sussexes' sweet family moments and revealing Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet’s faces for the first time - came during one of the most violent weekends in recent US history as Los Angeles was experiencing chaos linked to the “No Kings” rallies.

The situation turned horrific as the city was presenting the look of war ground. Cars were being lit on fire, people were getting injured by fleeing vehicles and stores were being robbed.

Harry was reportedly left worried and considering fleeing the city for his children's safety.

It is to mention here that Harry received publicly funded security protection when he was a working member of the royal family.

After he said no to the royal duties, the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) decided he won't receive the same level of security because he isn't a working member of the family.

Harry filed a lawsuit challenging the decision to strip him of security. He claimed his private protection team in the US does not have access to the UK intelligence information.

Harry's legal representative previously stated: "The UK will always be Prince Harry's home and a country he wants his wife and children to be safe in. With the lack of police protection comes too great a personal risk. In the absence of such protection, Harry and his family are unable to return to his home."

In May 2025, he lost his legal case, and during an emotional interview with the BBC, Prince Harry said he was "devastated" over the outcome, adding: "I can't see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the UK at this point."
